CrownSmoke shall not be liable for delivery failures, delays, or additional costs resulting from incorrect customer information.

Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accommodated.

All prices displayed on the CrownSmoke website are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

The price applicable to your purchase shall be the price displayed at the time your order is successfully placed.

Applicable taxes shall be charged in accordance with the laws of India.

Customers are responsible for paying all applicable taxes, duties, customs charges, or import fees imposed by authorities outside India where applicable.

Payments made through our website are securely processed using Shopify-supported payment gateways and authorized payment partners.

For your security, CrownSmoke does not store your complete debit card, credit card, or banking credentials.

SECTION 5 – PROMOTIONS, DISCOUNTS & COUPON CODES

From time to time, CrownSmoke may offer promotional campaigns, limited-time discounts, launch offers, coupon codes, bundle pricing, or other marketing incentives.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  • only one promotional offer may be applied per order;

  • coupon codes cannot be exchanged for cash;

  • coupon codes cannot be applied retrospectively after an order has been placed;

Any attempt to manipulate discounts, exploit pricing errors, create multiple accounts to obtain additional promotional benefits, or otherwise abuse promotional campaigns may result in cancellation of the order and suspension of future purchasing privileges.

SECTION 6 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

At CrownSmoke, we are committed to processing and dispatching every confirmed order as quickly and efficiently as possible. While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated delivery timeframe displayed on our website, all delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Orders are generally processed within our standard business hours after successful payment verification. Processing and dispatch times may vary during peak shopping seasons, product launches, promotional events, or due to unforeseen operational circumstances.

Delivery delays may occur due to reasons beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • High order volumes or promotional sales.

Once your order has been dispatched and handed over to our logistics partner, ownership and the risk of loss or damage pass to the customer upon successful delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at the time of placing an order. CrownSmoke shall not be responsible for failed deliveries, delays, additional shipping charges, or losses resulting from incorrect addresses, incorrect contact details, or refusal to accept delivery.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect shipping address, repeated failed delivery attempts, refusal to accept the shipment, or failure to collect the parcel, the customer may be required to pay additional shipping charges before the order can be re-dispatched.

SECTION 7 – RETURNS, REFUNDS & NO EXCHANGE POLICY

Customer satisfaction is extremely important to CrownSmoke. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Return requests must be submitted within seven (7) days from the date your order is successfully delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your product must:

  • Be unused and unopened.

  • Be in its original packaging.

  • Include all original labels, accessories, and inserts.

  • Be free from damage caused after delivery.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.

For hygiene, safety, and quality assurance reasons, perfumes or fragrance products that have been opened, used, tampered with, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original packaging may not qualify for a refund unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Once your return request has been received, our team will review it and provide further instructions if it qualifies under our Refund Policy.

Approval of a return request does not automatically guarantee a refund. Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved by our quality assurance team.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.

CrownSmoke does not provide product exchanges. Customers wishing to purchase another fragrance must place a new order separately.

Products purchased during clearance sales, special promotional campaigns, limited-edition launches, or marked as non-returnable may not be eligible for returns unless required under applicable law.

CrownSmoke reserves the right to refuse returns that do not satisfy the eligibility criteria outlined in our Refund Policy.
